In this hands-on role, you'll work across multiple stages of our production process — fabricating, assembling, finishing, and inspecting the high-quality bath products that carry the MTI name. You'll be cross-trained in multiple areas and play a direct role in making sure every product that leaves our facility meets our quality standards. What You'll Do Fabricate, assemble, and finish bath products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Sand, smooth, trim, and buff products to meet quality specifications Inspect finished products and perform functional tests to verify they meet MTI standards Follow work orders and specification sheets accurately Work safely at all times, wearing required PPE and following all safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S procedures Cross-train in multiple production areas to support team needs Perform minor repairs and corrections as needed Complete work within allotted labor times and log hours as required What We're Looking For You'll need: Manual dexterity, good hand-eye coordination, and a solid sense of balance The ability to safely operate hand tools and power equipment Comfort working in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment Ability to work with chemicals and materials including resins, fiberglass, adhesives, foam, and paint A team-oriented mindset and flexibility to move between tasks and areas Ability to lift at least 40 lbs; frequent bending, stooping, and standing throughout the shift Reliable transportation Nice to have: Bilingual in
