Job Description

Technical Assembler - 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) Do you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and building quality products? We're looking for a dependable Technical Assembler to join our team! If you take pride in your work, enjoy learning new skills, and thrive in a team environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you'll use hand tools and assembly equipment to build and assemble products while ensuring quality standards are met. You'll work with a supportive team, help keep operations running smoothly, and have opportunities to learn multiple processes through cross-training.
What You'll Do:
Assemble products and components according to specifications Safely use hand tools and assembly equipment Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Support team goals and assist in other areas as needed Cross-train in different functions to expand your skills Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For:
Previous assembly experience required Knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and team-player mindset Willingness to learn new skills and processes Excellent attendance, reliability, and strong work ethic
Shift Details:
Training will be completed on 1st Shift before transitioning to the regular 2nd Shift schedule (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM). Previous Technical Assembly experience required.
