Full-time | In-person ⸻ Position Overview PNK Group is hiring a Metal Assembler to join our team on an industrial construction project in Winder, GA. This role involves steel assembly, structural installation, and hands-on fabrication support . We are looking for reliable candidates with experience in construction, steel work, or manual labor , who are ready to work in a fast-paced job site environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Assemble steel and metal structures (stairs, bracing, supports) Perform structural assembly and installation tasks on site Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Read and follow basic construction drawings /blueprints Assist with material handling and positioning Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all OSHA safety standards and company procedures ⸻ Qualifications Experience in metal assembly, steel work, or construction labor preferred Experience with tools, fabrication, or installation work is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding work Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Strong work ethic and reliability Authorized to work in the U.S. ⸻ Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Stand, bend, kneel for extended periods Work in outdoor and industrial conditions ⸻ Work Environment Industrial construction / plant environment Exposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipment Required use of PPE (hard hat, safety boots, etc.) ⸻ Compensation & Benefits $22-24 per hour (based on experience) Full-time position 90-day probation period Benefits include: 401(k) Health, dental, vision insurance Paid time off
