Responsibilities :
As a Production Associate, you will be cross-trained across multiple areas of the refurbishment and quality process, including: Receiving and documenting incoming equipment Performing factory resets on devices Running automated testing procedures Conducting Wi-Fi and functionality testing Performing temperature and quality validation tests Cleaning and inspecting products to meet quality standards Completing minor cosmetic repairs Performing in-process quality control checks Kitting and packaging products for customer orders Building pallets and preparing shipments Scanning and tracking inventory throughout the production process Following safety, quality, and operational procedures
Requirements :
Strong attention to detail Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn multiple departments and responsibilities Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to follow detailed processes and quality standards Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, inspection, or logistics is a plus, but not required.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
