We supply facilities worldwide with elite equipment, including tennis posts and nets, pickleball posts and nets, basketball systems, and custom netting. Role Overview As a General Manufacturing/Assembler in our Metals Department, you'll be hands-on, building the high-performance equipment that professional and collegiate athletes rely on. You will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring every piece meets our strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Precision Assembly :
Build metal components into finished products, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
Tool Operation :
Use power tools, hand tools, and shop machinery to complete assembly tasks.
Quality Control :
Conduct regular inspections of finished pieces to verify they meet Douglas's high standards for durability and safety.
Teamwork :
Collaborate with the metals team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications Experience :
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical work is a plus.
Skills :
Ability to read basic measurements and follow assembly instructions.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Traits :
Detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced shop.

Starting at $15.00+ per hour, depending on prior experience.
