Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring Weapons Retention Systems Assemblers in Boise, Idaho Our client is seeking detail-oriented individuals to assist with the assembly and production of weapons retention systems and related components. This is an excellent full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a great local company. On-the-job training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work and are mechanically inclined.

Pay and schedule:

$17.00/hour to start. Must be available Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (schedule may vary). What you'll do: Assemble components and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Follow supervisor instructions and established quality standards Learn the full production process, from fabrication through final assembly Safely operate small hand and power tools Inspect components for proper fit, function, and quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures Work respectfully with products and customers serving the law enforcement, security, and military industries Perform other related duties as assigned What you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Excellent attention to detail and fine motor skills Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of component fit and function Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Must be drug-free No felony convictions for violent crimes
