23844 Permanent Exentec U.S. Inc. (A029500) Discover your exciting role We are seeking a motivated Fit-Up Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will prepare and assemble components with precision and efficiency to support our high-tech production processes. Your mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills with tools, and experience in factory environments will drive the success of our assembly line operations. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Assemble and fit tubing, piping, and valves according to drawings, prints, and work instructions. Read, understand, and follow work instructions and procedures. Measure materials and components using a tape measure and other basic measuring tools Interpret measurements in both fractional and decimal formats. Safely operate hand and power tools while following company safety procedures. Maintain quality standards and ensure assemblies meet specifications. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Support cross-training efforts and assist in other production areas as needed. Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Show your expertise
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Mechanical aptitude Ability to read a tape measure Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and how to safely use them. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or automotive-related industries a plus Ability to work 40+ hours a week, including weekends, as needed. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling throughout the shift.
