This is a hands-on shop role focused on fabricating and assembling channel letters for commercial signage. Pay $18 to $19 per hour. Monday through Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm

Nampa Role Purpose The Production Assembler Fabricator helps build high-quality signage by assembling channel letters, installing LEDs and wiring, applying trim caps, labeling finished products, and preparing completed signs for packaging and installation. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys detailed hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and can work independently in a shop environment. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble channel letters for commercial signage. Caulk, seam, rivet-nut, and install LEDs and wiring. Apply trim caps to acrylic and polycarbonate faces. Review blueprints and job travelers on a computer. Verify signs are labeled with the correct job number. Tag electric signs with UL and electrical output labels. Take photos of completed products before packaging. Confirm packaged products include all required installation components based on the shipping list. Communicate issues or concerns to the supervisor or Plant Manager. Support shop process improvements, troubleshooting, inventory needs, and general cleanup. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Experience with hand tools and basic sign fabrication methods preferred. Ability to read a tape measure accurately. Ability to work independently and stay organized. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Team-focused, while staying accountable for individual performance. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and high level of integrity. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Comfortable with repetitive motion, bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling. Pay $18 to $19 per hour. Monday through Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm #INDBOI
