Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Final Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and finishing products to meet quality standards and production deadlines. Your expertise in mechanical assembly, blueprint interpretation, and safety protocols will ensure the delivery of high-quality equipment. This position offers an engaging environment where precision, teamwork, and adherence to safety are key drivers of success. Responsibilities Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and production documents to guide assembly processes Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools. Measure components with calipers and other dimensional measurement tools to verify accuracy against blueprint specifications Follow safety standards rigorously during all assembly activities, including heavy lifting and manual handling procedures Detect and document quality control defects through visual inspection and dimensional checks, ensuring products meet quality standards Use schematics and production documents to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments during assembly processes Qualifications Proven experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of blueprint reading and schematics. mechanical work involving power tools, pneumatic tools, and machining equipment Familiarity calipers, and other precision measurement tools Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to manual handling protocols Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and experience following safety protocols diligently Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical drawings Mechanic experience or background in manufacturing is highly desirable Join our team as a Final Assembly Technician if you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your technical skills make a direct impact on product quality.
