Assembly and Quality Control Location:
Aurora, IL Pay :
21.00/hr
Shift:
Enjoy a three day weekend, every week! Monday through Thursday 7am - 5:30pm Position Summary The Quality Control Assembler is responsible for assembling products and performing quality inspections to ensure all finished goods meet established specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read technical documentation, and experience using measuring and inspection tools in a manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, technical drawings, blueprints, work orders, and product specifications.
  • Assemble products and components using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and production equipment.
  • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections to verify product quality, fit, alignment, appearance, and dimensional accuracy.
  • Use measuring and inspection equipment to identify defects, non-conforming materials, missing components, and assembly discrepancies.
  • Isolate non-conforming materials and collaborate with supervisors and other departments to ensure corrective actions and rework are completed. Qualifications
  • Previous experience in assembly, quality control, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong understanding of assembly processes, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work instructions, and product specifications.
  • Experience identifying visual and dimensional defects in components and finished products
Pay:
$21.00 per hour
