Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented V&I Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and verifying components of complex systems using precise measuring instruments and technical schematics. Your expertise in mechanical assembly, blueprint reading, and the use of specialized industrial tools will ensure the production of high-quality products that meet strict specifications. Duties Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately assemble components according to production documents. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify component dimensions and tolerances. Assemble mechanical parts utilizing hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment. Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications. Solder electrical connections when required, following safety protocols and technical guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly issues and optimize manufacturing processes. Qualifications Proven experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and shop math for precise measurements. Proficiency with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing documentation. Ability to handle manual tasks including using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and soldering equipment safely. Mechanical knowledge related to machining, assembly processes, and the use of specialized industrial tools. Warehouse experience is a plus for understanding inventory management and material handling procedures. Excellent manual dexterity combined with attention to detail for high-quality assembly work.
