Description:

+ Operate tools, equipment, and assembly processes in accordance with provided work instructions and established procedures.

+ Leverage prior experience to operate tools and processes with limited or no instructions when appropriate, ensuring safe and correct use.

+ Assist in creating or improving work instructions when documentation is incomplete or not available.

+ Understand and adhere to standard work practices, including all quality policies and customer specifications.

+ Monitor personal work output to ensure it meets quality standards and product requirements.

+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members, escalating issues, defects, or process concerns when necessary.

+ Maintain accurate timekeeping and labor tracking records for all assigned tasks and work orders.

+ Complete required record keeping, including inventory control, process documentation, scrap reporting, and quality records.

+ Support and participate actively in improvement initiatives focused on safety, cleanliness, product quality, and efficiency.

+ Generate ideas and contribute innovative solutions to complex problems within the production environment.

+ Stay current on all required certifications and training associated with the role and assigned processes.

+ Consistently complete assignments on time without compromising quality standards.

Pay & Shift:

+ 1st shift: 6am-2:15pm Monday

• Friday + 2nd shift 2:15pm-10:30pm Monday
• Friday + Pay is $20/hr
• 24/hr. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00
