Why Team Members Love Working Here Additional $0.25/hour raise opportunity every 6 months Employee of the Month award — $150 gift card Culture Champ Award — $350 gift card (quarterly) Automatic entry into annual raffles with great prizes Paid winter holiday shutdown (around Christmas time) Schedule Part-Time Saturdays only — Great for earning extra income Friday, Saturday & Monday — 3 days/week Responsibilities Portion vegetables, grains, spices, and sauces into containers Inspect food products for quality and accuracy Assemble and package meals for shipping Label finished products for delivery Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work with the team to meet daily production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to weigh, measure, and portion food accurately Basic arithmetic and counting skills Physical Demands Standing and/or walking for 8+ hours per shift in a refrigerated environment (39°F) Frequently lifting, pushing, and/or pulling up to 25 pounds Use of hands and fingers for repetitive tasks and fine manipulation Vision required for food handling and machine operation Personal protective equipment required for food safety Our Values > Put the
