3:45 PM - 12:15 AM (Monday - Friday)

$16/hr (OT Opportunities) Position Overview PrideStaff is seeking Entry-Level Assembly Trainees to join a premier, high-tech manufacturing facility in the Carpentersville area . In this role, you will be trained to assemble sophisticated mechanical and electrical components used in global technology applications. The work is performed in a clean, climate-controlled, and modern facility where quality and attention to detail are the top priorities. What You Will Do (Full Training Provided)
Precision Assembly:
Learn to assemble intricate components using specialized hand tools and guided workstations.
Process Documentation:
Follow detailed, step-by-step instructions to ensure every product meets high-level industry standards.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct visual inspections and basic functional testing on finished products.
Team Collaboration:
Work within a structured production environment to meet daily output goals.
What We Are Looking For Manual Dexterity:
Ability to work comfortably with small parts and hand tools.
Detail-Oriented:
A focused mindset and the ability to follow technical instructions precisely.

Dependable transportation for a 2nd shift schedule.
