Brillium LI Testing Required There is a bonus payout if your person is selected. The manager will pay $500 bonus after 30 days, $250 after 60 days and $250 after 90 days. Hopefully, this will help with candidate flow.

Basic Qualifications:

o High school diploma or equivalent is required o Valid driver's license, reliable transportation o Ability to work up to 5 days per week up to 10 hours per day (4-day 40 hour workweek average) o Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally o Strong team player with the ability to work independently o Effective organizational skills and strong attention to detail o Must be able to: list 50 pounds and walk frequently, stand for extended periods o Quality-focused workmanship o Willingness to learn and be taught

Preferred Qualifications:

o 2 years' experience in an assembly role o Fork truck driving experience o Ability to use computer Good oral and written communication skills and ability to follow written and spoken instructions Basic analytical, organizational, and time management skills Ability to use hand tools, power tools, read documents, and do basic counting and measurements Experience in assembly/manufacturing operations

Responsibilities:
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assemble valves for stock and customer orders based on date, priority, and established KPIs Document production and inventory usage Move product around warehouse in a safe and organized manner using fork trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and other material movement devices Perform quality inspection tasks for assembled products Maintain a clean and safe workspace and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures Perform routine maintenance and checks on equipment as instructed Work with purchasing to optimize inventory accuracy and amounts on-hand Help implement various safety, quality, delivery, and cost-savings projects Contribute to department continuous improvement culture Other tasks as assigned Comments/Special Instructions If anyone has experience with paint spraying, with or without assembly experience, those candidates will be prioritized.

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
