About Us:
At CARR Machine and Tool, Inc., we specialize in delivering precision-engineered components for the aerospace and defense industries. We operate a paperless environment using Proshop ERP and have incorporated various automation technologies to enhance our manufacturing processes. Carr Machine & Tool is seeking a reliable and motivated
  • Shop Support Technician

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment — with the added stability of full-time benefits.
What You'll Do:
Perform light mechanical assembly and assist with part finishing Support shipping & receiving: packaging, labeling, and handling deliveries Fill machine fluids (coolant, way oil) and assist with routine shop upkeep Assist with general labor tasks across the shop as needed
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent U.S. citizen or green card holder Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the day Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment
Position Details:
