Youll also help guide less experienced team members and contribute to a culture of excellence. Assemble complex medical devices and subassemblies to detailed blueprints and specifications Use precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators Perform drilling, tapping, reaming, fitting, and alignment of components Work with moving mechanical parts (gears, shafts, bearings) and test functionality Support advanced processes like laser welding (as applicable) Plan and execute assembly procedures with efficiency and accuracy Mentor and support Assembler I team membersshare your knowledge and expertise Collaborate across teams to improve quality, reduce waste, and optimize production Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What You Bring {#what-you-bring section-id="er13z3"} Youre a skilled assembler who thrives in a precision-driven environment and enjoys helping others succeed. Salary Range:
\$20-\$26 depending on experience
