Promote and maintain a safe and clean work environment through the enforcement of housekeeping safety policies; perform general housekeeping. Provide suggestions and feedback on improving departmental processes, performance goals, and environment. Inspect raw components and finished goods to ensure quality. Using the Bill of Material, verify correct components for each production run. Assemble and pack components according to specifications, using required equipment for each job. Equipment may include tapers, stitchers, rivet and eyelet machines, hand jacks, stretch wrappers, and other machinery as needed. Assist in line changeovers, positioning of material, and returning raw materials to stock. Complete required documents as needed for each production run. Other related and similar duties as assigned. Qualifications Able to work in a machine paced environment and meet production targets. Able to pay close attention to detail and follow instructions/procedures to meet quality standards. Able to perform repetitive tasks (including physical requirements as described below) on a consistent basis. Maintain consistent and acceptable attendance. Available to work overtime as needed, including weekend work. Available for mandatory overtime as appropriate based on business demands. Able to fulfill all essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner. Abide by all safety policies, procedures, rules, and guidelines in order prevent and reduce exposure to accidents and injuries. Able to work in a team environment by assisting in training and facilitating job duties for other team members (including temps). Demonstrate a positive attitude.

Perform repetitive tasks as required. Perform pre-shift stretching (includes: bending, reaching and stretching with hands, arm, legs and feet and bending and twisting waist) as required for position.
