Attendance Bonus Available :
Earn $1,000•3,000 in cash bonuses based on experience and position. The first bonus is paid after one month of perfect attendance, with additional monthly payments thereafter.

Join a leading company in commercial and industrial maintenance solutions, producing high-performance cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers, vacuums, floor machines, burnishers, extractors, and sweepers. As an Assembly Associate , you will help build equipment to exact specifications, ensure quality standards are met, and contribute to producing durable, reliable products. This is a hands-on role using hand, air, and power tools, perfect for someone mechanically inclined who wants to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to specifications using documentation, prints, and bills of material. Inspect parts used in assemblies and report or reject if unacceptable. Test machines in process to ensure quality standards are met. Assist the Line Foreman and other team members as needed. Complete material move tickets, inspection data, in-process tags, reject tags, rework orders, and corrective action reports. Learn to use the company computer system for printing material move tickets and other tasks. Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
Mechanically inclined with the ability to use hand, air, and power tools. Ability to read prints and follow instructions. Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn new skills. Strong work habits and reliability. Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs (anything over 50 lbs with assistance). Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
