Heavy Industrial Assembler

Mechanical Machine Builder - 1st Shift (Heavy Industrial) Build Equipment That Matters Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and bringing complex machinery to life? We're hiring a Mechanical Machine Builder to join our 1st shift team . In this role, you'll build custom industrial equipment from blueprint to final test—seeing your work make a real impact. What You'll Do Assemble filtration machinery and industrial equipment Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Fit, align, and install mechanical components, motors, and pumps Cut and connect piping, tubing, and basic electrical systems Use hand and power tools to drill, tap, fasten, and assemble parts Perform basic welding, fabrication, and wiring (as needed) Test, troubleshoot, and adjust machines for proper operation Inspect components for quality, fit, and finish Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Collaborate with your team to meet production goals

What You Bring Required:

Experience in mechanical assembly or machine building Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong mechanical skills and tool experience Ability to build complete machines from parts and subassemblies Experience with fitting, aligning, drilling, and fastening components Comfort with basic electrical and piping connections Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Preferred:

Shift:

Typically 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Some flexibility to start at 6:00 AM Occasional 10-hour days based on production needs Occasional Saturdays (up to 8 hours) Work Environment Hands-on role in a well-lit industrial facility Seasonal temperatures (fans, open doors, and cooling options provided) Safety-focused environment with proper PPE Industrial attire required Ready to Build Something You Can Be Proud Of? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
