Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled truss Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating various components and products in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of materials handling, machining, and the use of hand and power tools. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in ensuring that all products meet our high standards. Duties Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints. Fabricate parts using various materials as required. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Handle materials appropriately, ensuring safe storage and organization within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Previous experience in assembly or fabrication is preferred. Familiarity with machining processes is a plus. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools. Experience in materials handling and warehouse operations is desirable. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance. Must be able to lift heavy items as needed and stand for extended periods.
