1st Shift Assembler - Long-Term Opportunity! A well-established manufacturing company specializing in system technology and E-tools is seeking an experienced Assembler for its facility in Glendale Heights, IL. This long-term position is
PERFECT FOR MECHANICALLY INCLINED CANDIDATES
looking for stability, a pristine work environment, and genuine room for professional growth.
Shift & Compensation Hours:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Pay Rate:
$20.00 / hour
Environment:
Clean, quiet, organized, and team-oriented
Position Requirements:
Experience:
3-5 years of technical assembly experience in a production environment is required.
Skills:
Must bring a strong mechanical background and the ability to comfortably read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
Mindset:
Open to cross-training and learning new skills within a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Assembly:
Assemble high-quality E-Tools, valves, and hydraulic filters using hand tools and basic power tools.
Blueprint Reading:
Strictly follow written instructions, blueprints, and technical assembly drawings to ensure precision.
Quality & Testing:
Test final products for accuracy, proper functionality, and alignment with company standards.
Workspace Upkeep:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe individual workstation.
Cross-Training:
Participate in department cross-training to support overall facility operations and flexibility. Why Apply?
