• 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers for immediate opportunities on all three shifts.

The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components and finished products according to work instructions, quality standards, and production requirements. Available Shifts 1st Shift 2nd Shift 3rd Shift Specific schedules and pay rates will be discussed during the screening process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble components and products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Follow blueprints, diagrams, work orders, and written assembly instructions. Inspect parts and finished products for defects, damage, or incorrect assembly. Verify that all components meet established quality specifications. Operate basic production and assembly equipment safely. Measure components using gauges, rulers, calipers, or other measuring instruments as required. Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Complete required production paperwork and accurately record completed quantities. Package, label, and prepare finished products for the next stage of production or shipment. Report defective materials, equipment problems, and safety concerns to the supervisor. Maintain an organized and clean workstation. Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices. Work closely with production, quality, warehouse, and maintenance team members. Perform additional production-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools are preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and procedures. Ability to work overtime and weekends when required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift. Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, push, and pull. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
