+ Assemble electromechanical equipment and laboratory machines according to specifications and quality standards
+ Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
+ Use hand and power tools to build and install components, assemblies, and subassemblies
+ Test, inspect, and troubleshoot completed units to ensure proper functionality
+ Make adjustments and calibrations as needed to meet customer requirements
+ Perform visual quality inspections and identify defects or assembly issues
+ Gather materials and components needed for production builds
+ Prepare equipment and materials for packaging and shipment
+ Support production schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency standards
+ Assist with training team members and sharing assembly knowledge
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications + 2+ years of mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical assembly experience
+ Ability to read and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
+ Stable work history and strong attention to detail
+ Ability to stand and work throughout an 8-hour shift

The facility is organized, well-maintained, and designed to promote efficiency, quality, and teamwork. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waukegan, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00
