Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Riveting Assembler to join our team in Waukegan, IL. This individual will be responsible for performing riveting operations on aircraft parts and structures according to engineering specifications, as well as assembling aircraft components and completing light assembly tasks as assigned. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $20/hour, paid weekly Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full time schedule Located in Waukegan, IL Duties and Responsibilities Perform riveting operations on aircraft parts and structures according to engineering specifications Assemble aircraft components and complete light assembly tasks as assigned Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings to ensure correct assembly procedures Inspect completed work for conformance to quality standards and specifications Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company and aerospace industry standards Document work performed as required for traceability and quality records Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE) Communicate any quality or process concerns to supervisors or quality personnel promptly Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in riveting, assembly, or manufacturing preferred Basic understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, or work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions -- (Salary range based on experience) -- ABOUT
