This is a night-shift position , but training will occur on day shift for the first 2 weeks.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently to build wooden trusses. Read and interpret production diagrams to assemble trusses according to exact specifications. Use hand tools and tape measures to cut, position, and secure lumber accurately. Perform woodworking tasks such as cutting, sanding, framing, and finishing materials. Inspect finished trusses and building materials to verify quality, measurements, and structural integrity. Work collaboratively in group settings to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Report any equipment issues, material defects, or safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED Ability to lift 60lbs Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Candidates will be given a Tape Measure Assessment in person during the interview
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
