27445 Since 1982, Goldshield has set the bar in the fiberglass industry. Our facility is located in Decatur, Indiana, where we manufacture fiberglass parts for Fleetwood, Honda, and Daimler. Goldshield also manufactures fiberglass for school buses, emergency vehicles and heavy-duty trucks. Goldshield is part of Terex Corporation, a global designer and manufacturer of specialized vehicles and equipment, including fire and emergency vehicles, waste and recycling equipment, RV's, and machinery supporting construction, utilities, and infrastructure. Rolling - the process of removing air from fiberglass laminate (fiberglass resin and catalyst mixture) using a tool called a roller. Roller must meet the following criteria: Must have completed the 60-day probation training period Have a consistent, proven attendance record Be willing and able to roll at any chop station with acceptable quality standards Maintain a safe, clean working environment; Work following Safety rules and completion of tasks are required Practice daily a favorable working environment with all employees Any violation of the above mentioned guidelines will result in a loss of operator status (job level) Roller must be capable of meeting the physical demands/abilities as outlined on worksteps job requirement profiles Roller must be capable of meeting the following environmental conditions/hazards: Occasional extreme heat up to 110 degrees Exposure to constant noise level of 80 dB Proximity to moving molds Responsibility and authority to verify affecting quality of the end product Terex Corporation is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
