Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembly Line Worker and become a vital part of creating high-quality products efficiently and safely. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise mechanical assembly tasks, operating various tools and equipment, and ensuring production standards are met consistently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help drive continuous improvement, maintain safety standards, and support a smooth manufacturing process from start to finish. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced factory environment while contributing to the success of innovative manufacturing projects. Essential Functions Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies Daily communication with supervisor regarding potential issues Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Ensures safety measures are followed to protect personnel and company property Contributes to team effort by accomplishing quality and timely results Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management #
INDHP Pay:
$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
