The job is seat assembly and other RV interior products. You will use staple guns and other hand tools to accomplish your daily goals. Innovative is a comfortable place to work at. The staff is friendly, and the pace is fast but not unbearable. We are looking for experienced, smart, and hard working individuals to join our operation who are looking for future advancement as we are rapidly growing. The shift is Monday-Friday from 5am to 1:30pm. After 30 days, you will qualify for an attendance bonus of $1.00 / hour and paid holidays. After 60 days we offer Vision, Dental, and Medical insurance. The company pays 50% of your medical insurance. After one year, you receive 5 paid vacation days. We pride ourselves on helping each other to accomplish our goals and work together to keep the factory flowing.
