SERVICE TECHNICIAN, LEVEL II & III JOB DESCRIPTION
: Shop/Field Technicians are responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of pressure control equipment on Oil and Gas storage and production wells.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
: Must be willing to learn all phases of Wellhead Service Technician job duties which include, but are not limited to: Complete Build sheet / Field Service Tickets / Job Safety Analysis / Time Cards and other administrative forms as required Maintain professional behavior and appearance while carrying out services and tasks when representing Great Lakes Wellhead, Inc. Install and/or remove equipment in accordance with applicable technical procedures Assemble, disassemble, test equipment in performance of advanced troubleshooting and repair of equipment Demonstrate basic mechanical ability Specific tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: Greasing and Operation of Large Bore Frac Valves during Frac Operations Maintenance and repair of support equipment during Frac Operations (Generators, Compressors, Accumulators, Grease Manifolds) Pressure Testing and Charting Installation of Conventional, Multi-Bowl and Uni-Bowl Wellhead Systems Landing and Testing of Tubing Strings Understanding of Flange Torque Operations and Equipment Packing-Off Secondary Wellhead Seals (P-Seal) Running and Setting of Mandrel and Slip Style Casing Hangers Field Cut Casing with Mechanical Cutter as well as Torch (Cold and Hot cuts)

Must be available on 24 hour call basis to respond to customer needs Must be available and willing to work any shift Must be able to travel to Great Lakes Wellhead, Inc. locations to perform shop and field tasks as required by customer demands at any Branch Know and understand company Quality, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Great Lakes Wellhead, Inc. Perform all work assignments to the highest level of quality and excellence Perform vehicle maintenance and inspection on company-issued vehicle Relocation compensation may be available for the best candidate
QUALIFICATIONS
: Related Oilfield experience (preferred) Previous practical Wellhead knowledge (preferred) Possess a valid drivers license (required) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (required) Ability to demonstrate field/shop competencies in Wellhead mechanical assembly Good oral and written communication skills, self-motivated and dependable Ability to work closely and professionally with fellow employees Physically able to perform Shop Assembly and Field Service work. Eager and willing to learn Willingness to travel (a plus)
