Assembler Job Summary:

Pay:

$18.00/hr

• 1st

Shift:

5:00 AM-1:30 PM

• Monday-Friday , with overtime as needed
• Complete a 3-day training program before beginning regular production work
• Work as part of a team to manufacture and assemble cabinets and cabinet components
• Use small hand tools, power tools, and air tools
• Follow established work instructions and production procedures
• Perform quality checks to ensure components meet company standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Assembler Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

• No previous manufacturing or assembly experience required - training provided!
• High school diploma/GED preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working as part of a team in a production environment
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop throughout an 8-10 hour shift
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed
