This position insures the quality of the product through each step using self-monitoring and observation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform and maintain high quality throughout all phases of assembly. Assist other team members as necessary in order to maintain line flow. Cross Train between assembly lines and or work stations. Assist in training others as needed. Participate in driving improvements by offering suggestions to eliminate waste from work areas. Follow all necessary Quality System procedures and work instructions. Follow all environmental, health, and safety rules and procedures. Reject non-conforming parts on a daily basis with clear description of non-conformity. Accountable for work flow. Maintain cleanliness of area. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED Flexible for all shifts; willing to work OT and weekends when needed Strong attention to detail Curiosity and interest in learning Basic computer skills Must be extremely trust worthy, flexible, and dependable with a good attendance history Self-Motivated and able to perform with little direction Team-Player- must possess a "can do" attitude and must be able to work with others. Proficient English Written and verbal,

While performing the duties of this job, candidate will be required to sit and walk around; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls (some repetitive motion); and talk or hear.
