Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills who can work independently, read technical drawings, and contribute to building high-quality equipment with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do:
Assemble mechanical systems and full machine builds Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during assembly Use a variety of hand and power tools with confidence Ensure builds meet quality standards and specifications Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes Train or assist entry-level technicians as needed
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience using hand and power tools in a production environment Basic electrical or pneumatic knowledge Experience with troubleshooting or machine start-up High attention to detail and quality Dependable with strong work ethic After training, this role may include approximately one week per month of travel to customer sites to support equipment builds and customer success Nice to
