Assembler

Job Description The Assembler position involves detailed assembly work, including tasks such as electrical wiring, brazing, air compressor installation, silicone sealing, and foaming of in-process units. Employees will work on standard lines or the more intricate 'cyclone' units, requiring assembly of heavier and more complex components. Responsibilities Perform electrical wiring and connect wires as per diagrams. Install compressors using mallets, hand tools, rivet guns, and other power tools. Conduct foaming operations by connecting units to machines to fill them with insulating foam material. Carry out silicone installation similar to caulking. Handle mechanical assembly, caulking, and foaming tasks as needed. Essential Skills Experience in standing for at least 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. Ability to repetitively lift 30-40lb parts, up to 50+ times per day. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools. Ownership of steel-toed or composite-toed protective shoes. Capability to work safely and maintain high quality standards. Proven mechanical assembly and wiring experience. Available Shift & Pay 1st shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday Mandatory OT would be on Friday $20 Why Work Here? Work Environment This role is part of a standard fabrication and assembly operation divided into fabrication and main production areas. The fabrication area includes laser cutting and deburring stations, while the assembly area is organized but somewhat compact. The facility is temperature-controlled, with employees required to wear protective gear such as steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and cut-resistant sleeves. The dress code mandates pants made of cotton, canvas, or denim, and prohibits hoods worn over the head. The first shift runs from 6am to 4:30pm, with mandatory overtime on Fridays. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
