Role:
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Assembly Associate to join our growing team! This is a highly varied role perfect for someone who enjoys building things, staying busy, and working with their hands. You will be responsible for assembling a wide range of products using various tools and techniques. Accuracy and efficiency are equally important. We need someone who can produce quality work at a good pace, while following detailed instructions for more than 30 different product types. About the

Started in 1995, MoreFlavor! Inc. is the national leading online retailer of homebrewing, and winemaking supplies. We offer the largest selection of beer and winemaking products in the World with over 20,000 products available. In addition to our home-based retail customers, we also sell to over 8,000 commercial breweries and wineries. We have recently consolidated our East and West Coast Distribution Centers into a NEW facility in New Century, Kansas and are working towards building a solid team in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
Use various hand tools including a hole saw, glue gun, and soldering iron. Wrap copper coils and perform light electrical wiring. Assemble components for small-scale home brewing and wine making systems. Cut and shape Styrofoam using a heat knife. Label and box finished products. Follow precise instructions and diagrams to assemble over 30 different product types. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Rotate through various tasks throughout the day as production needs change.
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks. Ability to stay focused and productive with minimal oversight. Experience with hand tools, soldering, or light electrical work is a plus. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions & Environment:
Candidates must be able to consistently lift, open and move inventory weighing 70 lbs.; must be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours with or without reasonable accommodation; must be physically capable of working in conditions normally associated with a merchandise warehouse or distribution center (such as, but not limited to, warm and cold temperatures, some janitorial work, etc.).
