Proficiency in Blueprint reading Experience operating forklifts for material handling Ability to assemble materials based on provided specifications Ability to lift and move 40lbs+ materials Knowledge of Power tools (battery operated and pneumatic) Flexibility when performing tasks and shifting gears when needed Capability to be self-sufficient and self-disciplined Familiarity with pop-rivets; riv-nut/cinch-nuts; stand & metric bolt/socket sizes preferred Familiarity with 5S organization preferred Experience with overhead Crane operation and stand-up forklift preferred Job duties: Assemble small, medium, and large parts for various customers Assemble and test boom arms for service trucks Read and interpret blueprints to determine orientation and hardware requirements Inspect materials prior to assembly for uniformity Maintain assembly equipment & hardware by performing routine maintenance and cleaning Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and production efficiency
