We are hiring Seasonal Production Assemblers to join our Final Assembly team for our upcoming busy season. No manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide paid, on-the-job training during the scheduled shift. You'll learn how to assemble high-quality seating products and components used in the turf industry while working alongside a team that takes pride in doing things right. October 23, 2026 Apply early! Seasonal positions can fill quickly as we prepare for our busy season. 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM $20.75/hour
•Overtime possible on Friday and Saturday Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM $21.75/hour As a Seasonal Production Assembler, you'll perform a variety of assembly operations to construct custom seating products and components.
Your day may include:
Assemble products by placing parts in the specified sequence using bolts, clips, screws, staples, glues, and cements Use air-powered and battery-powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions Package completed seats and finished components Rotate between workstations as production needs require Work on different seating models and adapt to different assembly operations Read and follow written work instructions Use computer systems to look up work instructions, cross-reference part numbers, check inventory, and reference production information Maintain quality and production standards Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors Perform other duties as assigned You don't need prior manufacturing experience. We're willing to train the right people. We're looking for individuals who are: At least 18 years old Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Able to read and follow written instructions Comfortable using basic computer systems Detail-oriented and quality-focused Goal-oriented and motivated A positive, respectful team player Good communicators Flexible and willing to rotate between different workstations Comfortable using hand and power tools or willing to learn Able to adapt to changing production needs Must be able to commit to the full seasonal assignment through March 2027 This is an active, hands-on production position.
You must be able to:
