Pay:

$20.15-$21.15 per hour (based on shift) Learn more about Seats Incorporated by watching our company video: https://youtu.be/q1JjHQhsRHw Weekly pay 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Onsite medical clinic for employees and their immediate family Paid training and career advancement opportunities Bonus and profit-sharing programs Paid vacation and holidays Climate-controlled work environment Education assistance Stable, team-oriented workplace First Shift Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM $20.15/hour Overtime may be available on Fridays and Saturdays Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM $21.15/hour Assemble products using power tools, fasteners, adhesives, and other materials Follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy Rotate between workstations based on production needs Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards Package completed products and prepare them for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Work efficiently to meet production schedules and quality expectations Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals Perform other duties as assigned 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC). Ability to stand 10-12 hours)and lift up to 25-50 lbs Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Reliable attendance Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Willingness to be flexible in work assignments 18 years or older Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC).
