Production & Manufacturing Associates (1st & 2nd Shift) Hyster-Yale in Berea is expanding its workforce and seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join its production and manufacturing teams. This is a long-term opportunity with a well-established company known for stability, growth, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Associates support various stages of the manufacturing process, including assembly, machine operation, material handling, and quality checks. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, following detailed instructions, and maintaining consistent productivity throughout their shift. Training is provided, and individuals who demonstrate strong performance may have opportunities to cross-train and advance within the facility.
Responsibilities include:
Operating manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Assembling components according to specifications Performing quality inspections and reporting defects Loading, unloading, and moving materials Maintaining a clean and organized work area Following all company safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Strong attendance and reliability Willingness to learn and adapt to production needs Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills In description
