Danville, KY, 40422 (On-site) Job Responsibilities Assemble components and units according to established specifications, drawings, and work instructions. Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently. Test and calibrate components, parts, and mechanisms to ensure they meet required tolerances and product specifications. Inspect completed assemblies and identify components or units that do not meet quality or testing requirements. Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs or adjustments to assemblies that fail testing or tolerance requirements. Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and supervisor instructions throughout the assembly and testing process. Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production, quality, and safety requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or related experience preferred. Apprenticeship or formal technical training may be required depending on the assignment. Basic knowledge of assembly practices, tools, testing procedures, and quality standards. Ability to read and follow work instructions and established procedures with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or components outside required tolerances. Physical Requirements Ability to consistently lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand and perform assembly work for the duration of a 10-hour shift . Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools throughout the workday.
