Join Our Team We are a leading manufacturer of large industrial HVAC and air-handling equipment serving commercial and industrial customers across North America. We are continually seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. This is an evergreen posting for various production and manufacturing positions within our facility. Candidates may be assigned to a specific department based on experience, qualifications, demonstrated skills, and current business needs. Potential Department Assignments Successful candidates may work in one of the following manufacturing areas: Mechanical Assembly Assemble equipment bases, wall panels, frames, and mechanical components using hand and power tools while following engineering specifications and quality standards. Piping Assembly Install and assemble piping systems and related components used in HVAC equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and follow established manufacturing processes. Electrical Assembly Install, route, and connect electrical wiring, controls, panels, and components in accordance with engineering drawings and safety standards. Quality Control Inspect materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer specifications, and manufacturing requirements. Testing & Final Assembly Perform final assembly of smaller units and assist with operational testing, troubleshooting, and verification of product performance prior to shipment. Foam Room Operations Operate equipment and perform processes related to insulation and foam application while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards. Responsibilities Assemble, fabricate, install, inspect, or test products according to department assignment. Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, schematics, or production documents. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, & manufacturing equipment safely and effectively. Maintain quality and productivity standards. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, mechanical, electrical, or related experience preferred. Ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to read and follow written instructions and technical documents. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to learn new skills and work in various production areas as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials in accordance with company safety guidelines. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include varying temperatures, noise, and production equipment.
