Job Description

Assembly Technician Saber Power Services, LLC , (SPS) located in Houston, TX is a nationally recognized full service, EPC, specialty engineering, procurement, construction and testing and commissioning company specializing in complex medium and high voltage electrical infrastructure in North America.
Position Summary:
Saber Power Services is seeking an Assembly Technician to support the assembly, quality control, and shipment of electrical components and systems. This role involves hands-on work with tools and equipment, ensuring products meet our standards of safety and performance. This position will be located in
Baton Rouge, LA Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools Perform quality checks and complete QC documentation Safely operate forklifts and other shop equipment Assist with shipping, receiving, and local part deliveries Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE Support preventative maintenance and shop organization Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Basic knowledge of hand/power tools Ability to read and follow work orders or assembly instructions Strong attention to detail and time management Forklift experience preferred
Employment Requirements:
Pass drug screen and background check Maintain valid driver's license Available to work Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional overtime Safety is a Core Value with our organization. We work SAFELY or not at all.
