Job Description

Parish Tractor is looking for an Assembly Technician to join our team in Gonzales, LA. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and are looking to build your career, we want to hear from you!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble equipment including tractors, RTVs, mowers, and implements according to manufacturer specifications. Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and functional testing to ensure proper operation. Install accessories, attachments, and customer-specific modifications. Maintain accurate records of work performed on service and assembly orders. Operate equipment safely for loading, unloading, and movement within the yard. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop and assembly areas. Assist with other shop duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly or equipment repair preferred. Personal toolset sufficient to perform core job duties (special tools provided). Working knowledge of small engines, hydraulics, and basic mechanical systems. Basic computer and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to participate in Kubota Service EDUCATE training programs. Why join Parish Tractor?
