Job Overview We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join our off-road dealership team. This position is responsible for assembling and preparing dirt bikes, ATVs, and other off-road vehicles for customers. Duties include following assembly instructions, installing parts and accessories, performing basic inspections, and ensuring vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for delivery. Mechanical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Assemble dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, and other off-road vehicles Install parts, accessories, and safety equipment Follow manufacturer assembly instructions and specifications Perform basic inspections and quality checks Check fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, and other basic functions Prepare vehicles for customer pickup and delivery Keep the assembly area clean, organized, and safe Properly use and maintain tools and equipment Identify and report any mechanical or assembly issues Assist the service department with other tasks as needed Follow all dealership safety procedures and guidelines Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management is advantageous Join our team as an Assembly Technician if you're passionate about manufacturing excellence!
