Job Description

FieldBridge Energy seeks a few Shreveport based Assemblers and Quality Technicians to work for the largest energy service company in the world. Tremendous opportunities for advancement. Weekly Pay . Receive healthcare benefits + dental/vision and 401K retirement plan.
Pay/Schedule:
Starts at $18 to $21/hr. Mon
  • Thur, 5:00pm
  • 3:30am for Assembler and Mon
  • Thur, 7:00am
  • 5:30pm or Mon
  • Thur, 5:00pm
  • 3:30am for Quality Techs .
At 50 hours per week and $21 per hour for example, earn $1,155.00 weekly gross.
Responsibilities:
Assemble components of all products, selecting the correct tools and fixtures. Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products. Read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies. Create labor records for all transactions. Ensure good housekeeping within own work area. Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to relating Risk Assessments. Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or related experience. Must be mechanically adept; able to use a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions; write legibly. Experience working with assembly related operations or equivalent preferred. #
