We are seeking detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join a high-performance manufacturing team operating in a regulated, zero-defect production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in precision assembly, inspection, soldering, and micro-assembly of complex components. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to quality, process adherence, and continuous improvement while working with advanced manufacturing and laboratory equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform precision assembly and micro-assembly of components in accordance with detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing procedures. Conduct inspections to ensure products meet stringent quality and compliance standards. Execute soldering and bonding operations on sensitive assemblies and subassemblies. Utilize microscopes and other inspection tools to verify workmanship and product integrity. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation in accordance with established procedures. Follow all safety, cleanliness, and PPE requirements within a controlled laboratory or manufacturing environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and defect prevention. Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician in a regulated manufacturing environment such as aerospace, medical device, semiconductor, defense, electronics, or other high-reliability industries. Experience performing inspection, soldering, and micro-assembly operations. Proficiency using microscopy equipment, including optical and digital microscopes; experience with scanning electron microscopes (SEM) is a plus. Hands-on experience working with torque drivers, soldering stations, epoxies, adhesives, and laboratory equipment. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures in a zero-defect manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) status required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with epoxy application, bonding, or adhesive processes. Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and/or ERP systems. Experience operating high-voltage equipment and/or vacuum chamber systems. IPC soldering certifications or similar industry-recognized credentials are a plus.
