Perform precision micro-assembly, soldering, inspection, and laboratory manufacturing activities within a regulated zero-defect production environment. Job Requirements Minimum of 3 years of technician experience in a regulated or zero-defect manufacturing environment. Experience performing precision inspection. Soldering experience. Micro-assembly experience. Experience using optical microscopes. Experience using digital microscopes. Experience using scanning electron microscopes. Experience working with torque drivers and soldering stations. Experience handling epoxies in a laboratory or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of applicable PPE protocols. U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required. Preferred Skills Experience with epoxy application or bonding processes. Experience using a Manufacturing Execution System. Experience using ERP systems. Experience working with high-voltage equipment. Experience operating vacuum chambers. Experience with precision or high-reliability manufacturing processes. Job Responsibilities Perform precision micro-assembly of components and subassemblies. Perform soldering operations according to established manufacturing requirements. Inspect components and assemblies using optical, digital, and scanning electron microscopes. Operate torque drivers, soldering stations, and other laboratory manufacturing equipment. Apply epoxies and bonding materials according to applicable process specifications. Perform inspections throughout the assembly process. Follow regulated manufacturing procedures and zero-defect quality requirements. Maintain manufacturing and inspection records. Record production activity in MES or ERP systems as applicable. Follow PPE and laboratory safety requirements. Support high-voltage or vacuum chamber operations as required.
