Job Description

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing plant in Boxborough, MA. We are looking for Assemblers on 1st Shift! This is a Temp-hire position.
Job Details:
Assemble product of assigned cells with some supervision Follow instructions on assigned manufacturing processes Attention to
Detail:
Assemble product with a low of defect rate <2000 ppm. All other duties as assigned
Hours :
1st shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM 2nd shift: 3:00PM-11:30
PM Pay Rate:
$19.00/hr on 1st $20.70/hr on 2nd
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to follow verbal procedures and interpret bill of material prints Use of mechanical hand tools and manufacturing equipment such as ultrasonic welders, resistance welders, tig welders and parts cleaners Drive to understand and execute processes after initial trainings
Required Skills/Experience:
Ability to communicate well with peers and supervisors Basic soldering skills Manual dexterity and eye hand coordination Able to stand for most of the working shift. Ability to lift 30 lbs
Preferred Skills/Experience:
6 months or more of assembly experience Use of testing equipment such as leak testers and calibration equipment to verify product performance
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent experience Job Requirements Teamwork skills Problem solving and critical thinking skills Attention to detail A strong work ethic Ability to work overtime as needed
Pay Details:
