With a commitment to quality and innovation, we partner with companies across various industries, including Medical Devices and Military/Defense, to support them throughout the entire product life cycle. Summary We are seeking a skilled Wire Harness Assembler to join our dynamic team at Accutronics LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling wire harnesses that are critical to our high-quality electronic products. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients. Responsibilities Cutting Crimping Stripping Tinning Winding Soldering Performs all related operation steps for cable assembly Applying shrink tubing Applying connectors Measuring cut lengths Terminations Adheres to all safety requirements Follows prints and work instructions to construct cable and wire harness assemblies Applied related hardware per print
Requirement:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to measure dimensions properly Should have a working knowledge of all related cable assembly tools such as crimpers, Wire strippers, soldering irons and specialized equipment Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Will be required to log labor hours and complete work travelers associated with jobs Organizational skills and attention to detail. Good manual dexterity and working with small fine wires and making precision cuts. Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Education:
Existing or prior IPC 620 cable and wire harness certification High School diploma or equivalent Ability to speak English and interpret work instructions properly Take back your weekend with our 4 day work week! Hourly rate can be negotiated depending on experience.
