$21.42 per hour Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available We are hiring Cleanroom Assembly Technicians for a medical manufacturing facility in Devens, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work and wants to gain experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Cleanroom experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with manufacturing, production, assembly, medical device, or other hands-on experience are encouraged to apply. Available Shifts 1st Shift

• Monday-Thursday | 5:30 AM-4:00 PM 2nd Shift
• Monday-Thursday | 3:45 PM-2:15 AM 3rd Shift
• Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM-6:30 PM Enjoy a 3
• or 4-day workweek, depending on your shift! What You'll Do
• Assemble single-use products used within the medical and biopharmaceutical industry
• Build, clean, and package products according to established procedures and specifications
• Use basic hand and measurement tools during assembly
• Follow drawings, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Inspect your work to ensure products meet quality standards
• Complete required production documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow cleanroom protocols and manufacturing procedures
• Help maintain accurate inventory by properly returning unused parts and components
• Meet production schedules while maintaining a strong focus on quality What We're Looking For
• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of manufacturing or production experience
• Comfortable performing detailed, hands-on assembly work
• Ability to use basic hand and measurement tools
• Basic Microsoft Office familiarity
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and able to follow written procedures
• Comfortable standing for up to 95% of the workday
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team Previous cleanroom experience, experience reading engineering drawings, or Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus but not required. Cleanroom Requirements Employees must be comfortable wearing required cleanroom PPE, including:
• Full head/hair covering
• Gloves
• Surgical face mask
• Safety glasses
